Club la Costa is paying out once again after our legal team won another case on behalf of our client.
The case which was held last week in a local Spanish court, saw the Judge declare the contract ‘null and void’.
In addition, and perhaps more importantly, the Judge also ordered that the defendants cancel their loan agreement, including all expenses associated with the cancellation.
